This morning a "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed" prompt when update an app. Clicking on the "OK" button only takes me to a blank screen.
I am seeing this on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro laptop. Anyone else seeing this?
I encountered this problem when trying to update apps on my iphone 8. When I hit "Update" a "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed" prompt popped up and clicking on the "OK" button took me to a blank screen. After reading the other replies I tried scrolling to the bottom of the blank screen. As soon as I hit the blank screen, the full Terms and Conditions appeared and I was able to click "Agree" (top right of screen).
Did you scroll to the bottom and agree to the conditions?
All I got were blank screens on all my devices. Now the App Store on my iPhone is showing a “App Store is not available” message and won’t let me log into the App Store.
I have the same problem but wen I hit “OK” it leads me back to the screen I was previously on .
Not for me. I’ve tried it over WiFi, over cellular, I’ve tapped, I’ve scrolled, I’ve hard reset, I’ve shut down, and NOTHING has worked.
My iPad is iOS 11 and my iPhone 8 is updated to iOS 12, and they’re both doing the same thing.
I’ve done that at least fifteen times with both devices and it hasn’t worked. I signed out of my Apple ID and back in, they also had me reset my network settings. I’ve done everything everyone here has suggested and mine still won’t give me the terms & conditions.
blank page after hitting ok on apple media prompt page. hv reached iTunes support, they are trying for last 4 days but all solutions they gave HAVE NOT WORKED so far. this is really frustrating ! Apple please help...

I’ve been having the same issue and contacted iTunes support. Talked to them through chat for an hour, and the issue still hasn’t been fixed. :/
I mean... that lets me update my apps but it doesn’t actually solve the problem.
