I get this message when I try to download the Safari 12.0 update from the Mac App Store. I am running MacOS 10.13.6.
Can anyone help?

Try going to Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor and killing Spotlight.
Make sure to quit Safari prior to downloading the Safari 12 update.
