Trying to accept Terms & Conditions Apple DEP

Question

Can't access my Apple DEP program until I accept new Terms & Conditions but cannot find a way to accept them?

null-OTHER, Windows 10

Basically go to deploy.apple.com (might redirect you to business.apple.com when you login) and accept terms and conditions that popup.

They are not popping up. This is all there is.

I've got this problem too. Tried two different computers and all the browsers except iE. Going to try Enterprise support during office hours next.
