BeatsX won't turn off. HELP!

Hi I have a problem with my beats i was listening to music but i had to check on my brother at the other room so i was putting them down and stopped the music but i took my phone with me and when i came back i noticed my phone is not connected anymore and i was trying to connect but it said it couldn't connect to it but i saw it was turned on so i was trying to turn it off then on but it won't turn off. the white led is light up but it's not doing anything. I tried to hard reset it but doesn't matter how long i kept holding the button I got nothing. then i tried to put on the charger hoping it will go to charging mode but the only thing it did is the white led started flashing and after three flashes it goes back to solid white. HELP!!

Ohh. I have an iPhone X running iOS 12 if it helps.

I already tried everything you said but it’s not responding. It doesn’t matter what button I hold down and how long it doesn’t do anything. The only thing it does the white led is light up no matter what I do I left it overnight and the led’s still on. When I plug it it the charger it flashes three times (white) then it goes back to solid white.

I understand from your post that your BeatsX are not responding. What you are describing sounds like the earphones are ready to be paired with a device again. When the lights flashes the earphones are ready to be set up again according to the article below:

Set up and use your BeatsX earphones

Reset

Hold down these two buttons for 10 seconds:

Power button

Volume down button

When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.

Also, a white light indicates there is 8 hours of listening time available.

Charge

Plug your earphones into a power source using the included Lightning cable. Your earphones provide up to 8 hours of playback from a full charge, and up to 2 hours of playback from 5-minute charge.

When your earphones are turned on and set up, the LED indicator light on the power button shows how much listening time is left:

White: Up to 8 hours left

Red: Less than an hour left

Blinking red: Needs to charge

If you cannot connect your earphones to your iPhone again, please let us know so we can further assist you.
