hi all. I recently updated my 6s plus iPhone to iOS 12 and after updating can't see my phone on iTunes 12.8. any help?
I am using MacBook Pro with macOS high Sierra.

You could wait for Apple to release a new build, but reading around it seems that if you have your iPhone connected and unlocked and reinstall iTunes 12.8 then your Mac may offer to install an additional update to work with the iOS 12 device.

Nailed it. Reinstall over the existing 12.8 fixed it for me. I wish Apple remembered it had Macs more often.

Man, THANK YOU !!! It's been driving me crazy for weeks now. Re-installed iTunes 12.8 (Twice) and my iPhone magically reappeared !!!
