You can’t.
(Sorry for the “harsh-sounding” reality)
What makes you think that you need to do so?
So … since you’re going to have to “live with it” …
Recommend that you carefully review and thoroughly digest the two fairly important and informative articles linked below.
Pay particularly close attention to thoughtfully selecting and setting up Trusted Numbers … these become critical when you need to regain access to your account (e.g. lost, damaged, or stolen device).

I want to but no way to turn off 2FA
Want to what?
Use a phone without using an Apple ID? Sign out of iCloud and iTunes on the phone and don't sign back in.
That does not require turning off 2FA.
Simply put if you had it for a while you cannot turn it off and Apple refuse to help sorry but that’s how it is
Did you bother to read any one of the now 82 pages here at all????
You CANNOT turn it off if you turned it on more than 2 weeks ago.
or take my 11 back to factory settings. Do you see a work around?
2FA is not a device setting. It's associated with your Apple ID.
You can't "remove" it from your phone.
You can’t anymore. Apple made that decision for you

The reason why you can't turn off TFA is because most iPhone features require an extra layer of security to work. Bring this to Apple's attention here: Product Feedback - Apple

You cannot. As explained in previous posts in this now endlessly long thread.
You cant
Apple provides no way out of 2FA.
Read the Apple Recommended post at the top of this page.
You're stuck, Apple will not allow turning off 2FA. :(
What if the product owner removes all but one device and then registers each separate device under independent email accounts? Two-factor verification cannot be required if there is only one device.
The "two" in "Two Factor Authentication" does not refer to the number of devices. It refers to the fact that two pieces of information, the password and the code, are required to unlock the account. If you don't have another device, you can set up any phone number as a trusted number. I have my office landline set up as a back up.
So, removing all the other devices will not cancel 2FA and will leave you in a position where you won't be able to get into your account at all.
