Having the exact same experience here. Without question, this issue began when I “upgraded” to iOS12. This issue has been devastating and needs to be resolved ASAP. I depend upon iMessage and can no longer trust/depend on the tool to send messages to the proper person. In the same way, I cannot be sure from whom texts are actually being sent.

Same issue and have tried all night to fix it and it will not work correctly. Why won’t Apple make a statement that they are aware of issue and let us know what the plan is to correct. So frust
I have to imagine there are Apple employees who are dealing with this issue in their own lives, not to mention their friends and family...

Someone tried creating different ids under one account and it did not work! This si ridiculous fixing iMessages when it was fine before

Correct me if I'm wrong, but sharing an iCloud account is the only way to have shared access to Apple Calendar correct? That's our only use case but the reason why we use one common iCloud account.
