I recently replaced my iPhone at Genius Bar, but till now I cannot add card in Wallet. It shows Could Not Add Card Try again or contact your card issuer for more information. The error is not happen after typing the card details, it happened when press the "+" button. I also tried add in Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Add Card, same error. I've read some similar thread, and tried the solutions, still no luck.
Is this a hardware or account issue?

Problem cannot be solved, since my iPhone still got 2 weeks Apple Care+, I visited Genius Bar again after some testing, they cannot find what caused the problem, then they replaced another service unit to me.
