Apple watch LTE

Hi! I came from a country that doesn't support cellular apple watch. I would just like to ask if buying from the US would give justice? Because for me i think only cellular apple watch have stainless steel version which is awesome and classy to look at. I'm bored with the aluminum. Is it gonna work with our country or should i set it up from where i bought it or it all depends with my iPhone??? Any ideas, mine here is just an aluminum version. Pls enlighten me. Thanks!
