App Store will not download new apps on iPhone 7+ until I read and accept new terms and condition. I read through them, but there is no accept button to click. How can I download the apps I want?

Good morning Zingy 1!

Thanks for following up with some clarification. Try signing out of your Apple ID in Settings > iTunes & App Store, restart the device, then try signing back in. If that doesn't work, try connecting to a different network. For example, if you're on Wi-Fi try switching to cellular only, or try a different Wi-Fi network.

If this still doesn't work, reach out to Apple Support for further investigation: Contact Apple Support

Take care.

Hey Zingy 1,

It looks like you'e having some trouble downloading apps because you're not seeing the "Accept" button to agree to the terms and conditions. I can help with this.

First, try unblocking cookies temporarily to see if that works. Go to Settings > Safari > Block Cookies > and choose something other than "Always Block".

If that doesn't work, try clearing website history in Safari by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.

Let us know if that did the trick for you. Take care!

Hey Zingy 1,

Thanks for following up! Just to confirm, you mentioned before there was not an accept button but the last response suggests that you did click an accept button. Does the Terms & Conditions page reappear for you? Or is it that you click the "Accept" button, nothing happens?

Also, try connecting to a different network to see if you can accept the terms then. Keep us updated. Cheers.

Thank you for replying to my question. I already had block cookies turned off in Safari, so I cleared everything. Then, I turned off my phone, and rebooted. I am still having the same problem. FYI, I already downloaded and installed iOS 12.0 a few days ago. I also clicked accept all terms and conditions requested by Apple when I did this. I would appreciate any other recommendations you, or anyone have. Thank you.

Thank you for replying once again. Now, the problem has moved to updating existing apps. When I click update all, a message appears about Apples new terms and conditions. Then, I click OK. A blank white screen appears, and nothing happens, even if I leave it alone for 30 minutes. Please help,!

I do not know how to use another operating system. Please advise. I have no other Apple products.

Ok. I was on cellular only before. So, I turned on my WiFi device, made sure it was properly connected to the right Network. A forced restart did nothing. Then, I Reset Network Settings. This requires me to sign in with full Apple ID and PIN. Still, no changes. Not only am I unable to download or purchase Apps from the App Store, but I am no longer able to Update existing Apps. I am really at a loss here. I installed iOS 12 earlier this week, and everything went well, although this iissue appeared not long after the download and

installation of iOS 12. I am using an iPhone 7+. Additional help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
