App Store will not download new apps on iPhone 7+ until I read and accept new terms and condition. I read through them, but there is no accept button to click. How can I download the apps I want?

See Change the font size on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support. I wonder if changing to a smaller font size might allow the missing control to appear.

Thank you for replying to my question. I already had block cookies turned off in Safari, so I cleared everything. Then, I turned off my phone, and rebooted. I am still having the same problem. FYI, I already downloaded and installed iOS 12.0 a few days ago. I also clicked accept all terms and conditions requested by Apple when I did this. I would appreciate any other recommendations you, or anyone have. Thank you.
Thank you for replying once again. Now, the problem has moved to updating existing apps. When I click update all, a message appears about Apples new terms and conditions. Then, I click OK. A blank white screen appears, and nothing happens, even if I leave it alone for 30 minutes. Please help,!
I do not know how to use another operating system. Please advise. I have no other Apple products.
Ok. I was on cellular only before. So, I turned on my WiFi device, made sure it was properly connected to the right Network. A forced restart did nothing. Then, I Reset Network Settings. This requires me to sign in with full Apple ID and PIN. Still, no changes. Not only am I unable to download or purchase Apps from the App Store, but I am no longer able to Update existing Apps. I am really at a loss here. I installed iOS 12 earlier this week, and everything went well, although this iissue appeared not long after the download and
installation of iOS 12. I am using an iPhone 7+. Additional help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
Still got nothing. In the App Store I signed into my account, and then navigated to the Apple Media Terms and Conditions. I read through to the end. There is NO ACCEPT button to click. I reduced text size in case larger font was an issue, but turns out that was not the case
I just tried 3 forced starts, and no changes. I then clicked Reset Network Settings, and still no changes.
Okay. I did everything you suggested multiple times, but I still have the same problem 24+ hours later. Has anyone else experienced this issue after installing the new iOS 12.0?
Same problem still exists. Guess I am going to have to make the dreaded call to Apple Support, which I do not have time to do. Ridiculous!
