XS pick up day query

I have found that in-store pickup is not an option that is offered until the actual launch day, at least in the U.S.

So the family member who pre-ordered the iPhone XS must have set it up to be delivered somewhere.

You said the family member "used their card". So presumably the iPhone is already paid for.

It might mean:

• I cannot view the website link referenced above.
• I am not in the U.S.
• I cannot get to any "Store Pickup" options because they are not available.
