I have an iMac with a 1TB Fusion Drive. I tried to partition it but during the process, the computer froze. I restarted the machine and discovered that my Drive only shows 420GB capacity now. Since the I have reinstalled OS X and Bootcamp. What can I do to regain the full capacity of my drive?

Sure. The funny thing is that I after trying everything I could, I was thinking I just leave it as it is because I don't need all the storage space anyway.
But the computer startet to get glitchy in many different ways... like not booting right, not waking up right, freezing and so on.
Now after the disk is back, everything works fine again.

As a first step, are you willing to remove BC/Windows using BC Assistant (only) and check?
Do you have a Time Machine backup of macOS? If yes, then we can use the steps in Re: I have a 120GB SSD that I'd like to return to one Mac partition or we can convert the BC partition to free space, and test if we can extend the CS LV to full size.

Before this happened, I accidentally split my fusion drive (SSD from HDD) when installing Bootcamp. But I managed to remerge it. But I think this has nothing to do with it.
You only erased the Macintosh HD. Was Windows also removed as part of the cleanup?

Can you post the output of
diskutil list
diskutil cs list
from macOS Terminal?
You will need remove Bootcamp/Windows which should also coalesce free space on the HDD part. Once you have full storage back, try to re-install BC/Windows again.
I removed everything before and erased the HDD in Recovery mode.... did not bring the full storage back....
Yes, I did partition the drive as one partition (of course one partition is the wrong term if its only one - but I think you know what I mean).
Can you post the output of
sudo get -vv -r show /dev/disk1
If you see permission errors, you may need to disable SIP temporarily in Local Recovery.
Try
sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk1
(Autocorrect failure gpt to get. 👿).
