iPhone SE won’t get recognized after upgrade to High Sierra and iTunes

Mac mini is updated to High Sierra and all updates applied. iPhone was connecting fine to iTunes prior to update but not anymore. Signed in and out of Apple ID but nothing.

Did the trick, just downloaded iTunes again and double clicked the installer. As soon as it finished it asked to download the new software for the iPhone and we’re back in business.
