I just upgraded iTunes on my MS Surface Pro and now when I plug in my iPhone, iPad or iPod they are not recognized. I know the USB is working as if I open my network drives I can see the devices.
I have updated the drivers, reinstalled iTunes and restarted all devices several times but nothing works. I am traveling internationally for an extended period of time and struggling to get any support on this issue.

Did you reinstall iTunes as suggested? Use a direct download from apple.com rather than the Microsoft Store version.

I did it from the MS Store but will try apple.com direct. Update coming soon.
iTunes had a new update as well as for my phone. I ran both and it works now. Unfortunately, I have to start over with organizing my library but it works so I am fine.
