I have 2 iPhones, an iPad, and a MacBook Pro all on one apple account. Do I need to pay for iCloud storage for each device or do I just pay one fee? For 50GB would I pay $0.99 a month or 4 times that amount? Thank you.

iCloud storage is tied to an Apple ID, not a device. If you sign in to each of those devices with the same Apple ID, you are using the same allotment of storage.
