Safari update stops Sirius XM volume

Since I updated Safari to 12.0 on my iMac, running High Sierra (10.13.6), I have no sound when trying to play my Sirius XM.

iMac (27-inch, mid 2010),Processor-2.93 GHz intel Core i7,Memory 12 GB 1333 MHz DDR3, 1TB SATA Disk

Try going to Safari/PreferencesWebsites/Autoplay and adjust the settings there.
