Is LTE version of Apple Watch Series 4 going to be available for Russia?

Yeah, I've asked our mobile carriers about eSIM. They are only testing it, and they have no dates on when it will be available 😟. I think it mostly boils down to law restrictions. 😟 Without LTE support I have no need in Apple watch, I need it mostly as a lightweight replacement for my phone...
It is very appealing to me, not to carry around huge block of metall, glass and electronics, to only make 3-4 calls/messages per day and glance time and map couple more times...
