Voice memo auto play

Almost like a ghost. I did this and turned off under cellular data. In fact it was already off. But still blabbing all of the private things I said on my voice memo over my car stereo. Can't turn it off, if I think I did, it comes back. I'm going to have a car accident trying to turn this off!!!!! It starts after I have already begun driving down the road.

Just offload the App in settings.

its very frustrating my car also auto plays the most recent voice memos through Bluetooth like it’s a phone call. I tried recording a 5 second blank voice memo. That way at least when it auto plays it’s not something too loud or distracting, while I quickly switch to radio or Spotify. But I soon fount out it doesn’t fix the problem because it’ll be on repeat and while the App goes crazy you have no control on your car stereo system because you’re on “phone call” .

If you have an Apple Mac (or any computer for that matter) all you have to do is save voice memos to an mp3 format then they can be saved and played from iTunes or anywhere else you save music to. This way your voice memos can be deleted from the Ap without losing them. Apple has an excellent and easy to use MP3 converter.

Go into your settings then to cellular. From there all your apps will appear that would use cellular data. You'll find Voice Memo and click off the cellular on it.

Having the same problem with nonstop playback as if a phone call. It is driving me mad. Anyone figured it out?

This happened to me yesterday and I have figured out how to stop it. The cellular data needs to be turned off on voice memos. What a weird glitch.

Yep, that's exactly what was happening to me. Read above. Orlex claims to have fixed the problem. I haven't tried his/her fix yet.

Turning off the cellular data works. I turned off the cellular data in Voice Memos and haven’t had it happen since. As any app needs cellular data to work outside internet connection.

Voice Memo app is not listed in my Cellular Data screen.

I have a Subaru Outback and I turned off the cellar data network for voice memo but yet it doesn’t help. In fact it already was off.
