Transfer Voice Memos from the Iphone to the MacBook

Good Morning All,

I hope you are having a beautiful weekend. I recently bought a MacBook and I am trying to transfer my Voice Memos to the computer. I did not see an option within iTunes on which the Voice Memos were automatically saved or synced through my iCloud account. Furthermore, I did not see an option on my iPhone to transfer the data. Could you please tell me how to get the Voice Memos on the Mac? Your assistance and guidance with this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
