LTE not working
I have the iPhone Xs Max and since I’ve activated it, my internet keeps shutting off. I’ve reset the network settings numerous times but I still continue to have this issue??

Check for a Carrier Settings update
To manually check for and install a carrier settings update:
- Make sure that your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network.
- Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.
- To see the version of carrier settings on your device, tap Settings > General > About and look next to Carrier.
If you insert a new SIM card into your iPhone or iPad, you need to download the carrier settings for your new carrier.
Contact your carrier
Issues with your carrier or account might affect your service. Contact your carrier to:
- Verify that your account is active and in good standing.
- Make sure there are no outages in your area.
- Check that your device isn't blocked from receiving cellular services and is set up with the right data plan.
Only your wireless carrier can access and manage details about your account. If you need help finding your wireless carrier's service page, use the Apple carrier-support article or an online search engine.

That was my issue but it was constantly doing it. Nothing would fix the problem even erasing network settings or even erasing the entire phone and restoring. Went to the Apple Store yesterday and they replaced my phone with a new one.
I have an iPhone XS Max purchased from Verizon and in the US.
Spoke to Verizon and Apple and was told it was a manufacturer issue, to come in for a replacement.
Thanks for the info. Called Verizon and Apple, need to replace my device for a new one. (iPhone XS Max-manufacturer problem)
Thanks again.
Yes, went to the Apple Store yesterday and they replaced my phone. They erased my phone and restored it again amongst other things and nothing seemed to fix the problem.
my Issue is that randomly the LTE data will stop working, this has happened twice. The iPhone keeps saying cannot activate cellular data and the only way to fix it is to restart the iPhone and then everything is fine. Is this what you are seeing?
Exactly what model? Where did you purchase it? What country are you trying to use it in?
Has your device been replaced? What's the update?
