New payment details

Hi I had not updated my auto payment details and received a message saying my storage plan was being cancelled edefective immediately. I went and updated the details and all went through. Does this mean the existing photos I had in my iCloud get deleted? Jo

Hello joannefromkenmore,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you want to know what happens to your iCloud photos if you do not have your current storage plan. I would recommend you use this article, it explains what happens if your current iCloud content exceeds the storage plan.

If you downgrade or cancel your plan and your stored iCloud content exceeds your available storage, new photos and videos don’t upload to iCloud Photos, files don't upload in iCloud Drive, Messages in iCloud don't update, and your iOS devices don't back up.​
