How to fix Spotlight window if it keeps randomly popping up?

It worked for a while. When I did what you described I thought it fixed it, but that is not the case - Spotlight window jumped out again (it took longer for it to do that, but still it jumped out). 😟

Any other ideas what could be the problem?
