I have my email notify me on my watch this has worked great for years. I recently upgraded to watch OS5 and IOS12 and now it doesn't work. I still get notifications on text messages and other apps on my watch but not email.
I have reset watch and phone but still not luck. Any ideas on how to fix would be appreciated.
Same problem here, iPhone x and Watch 3 LTE, iOS 12 and WatchOS 5
All notifications are working well, only no Email notifications. All settings are correct

I found the fix;
Go to the watch app > mail. Scroll down until you see your mailbox (what ever it's name is) and 'VIP'
Go in to these and ensure "sound" and "haptics" are selected
This issue is so frustrating! I wonder if the new ios released today for the phone will help?
Nope. Didn’t fix it. Apple doesn’t know what’s wrong
Now the haptic is working normally again after the new update on my watch (5.1.2) and phone (12.1.1)! Finally!!!!!
Had the same notification issue since September I think. Suddenly it started Working correctly without any Update or config change. Strange. Anybody made the same experience ?
