Unable to download updates from 17.09.

On 17.09. I received updates for a few apps amongst which Keynote, Pages and Numbers. When I try to run update for any of the apps I am getting an error msg - Purchase of this item is not currently available. This item is currently being modified. Please try again latter. After this I get another error - We cannot complete yr request there is an error on Apple Store.

Any ideas how to get the issue resolved and update the apps?
