iPhone Xs Max- Unstable Wifi, Flakey Charging, Weak Cellular

Out of the box while doing the initial iCLoud restore, my Xs was having massive issues logging into apps, syncing with iCloud Messages (and photos), etc., all stating that the internet connection was lost. I have 5ghz 876mbps WirelessAC access points at the office, with 100mb Ethernet internet behind that were testing at full speed while my phone struggled to download apps.

After that, a quick trip to the mall had me dropping calls while on Airpods left and right (in places my old X never had an issue with).

When I got back, I plugged it into my Belkin desktop iPhone/Watch charger that works great on my X, only to see its charging indicator and "bing" tone flashing on and off every few minutes.

A quick online search for "iPhone Xs Cellular" led me to multiple articles (Some iPhone XS & XS Max owners complaining of poor wireless reception) (iPhone XS Owners Report Weak Wi-Fi, Crappy Cell Service) and multiple posts here (iPhone XS Max Weak 5GHz WIFI Reception) (iPhone XS slow LTE and wifi).

This is EXTREMELY disappointing from a flagship $1200 phone..

If I compare to my iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 Plus, I do have a much weaker and unreliable service with my new iPhone XS Max using LTE, I am using T-Mobile.

My carrier settings were updated 2 times last week. I have done Reset Network Settings and I have also Restored the phone with iTunes. No visible change so far.

Definitely the XS Max is underperforming compared to my iPhone 8 Plus.
