iOS 12: not showing missed calls on lock screen

Just updated my phone to ios 12. Since then, it stopped showing missed calls on lock screen.

P.S. checked Settings > Notifications > Phone and everything looks okay.

iPhone 8, iOS 12

Hello byrjrgl,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

I understand from your post that you are not seeing your missed calls on your lock screen. What you are describing sounds like the new feature in iOS 12 called Deliver Quietly. When Deliver Quietly is enabled notifications for that app do not show up on the lock screen. The following article has information about Deliver Quietly and how to turn it off:

Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Manage notifications

To manage your notifications from the Lock screen or Notification Center:

  1. Swipe left over an alert or group of alerts.
  2. Tap Manage, then select from these options:
    • Deliver Quietly: These notifications appear in the Notification Center, but don't show up on the Lock screen, play sounds, or show a banner or badge icon.
    • Turn Off: This turns off all notifications for a specific app. To turn this back on, go to Settings > Notifications, select the app, and tap Allow Notifications.
Best Regards.

Thank you for your answer, Sterling. But I am afraid that this problem is linked to the update bugs. Missed call notification on my phone is not persistent at all. I forgot to mention that it sometimes shows missed calls on lock screen. I checked deliver quietly option, and it was turned off.

Should I just wait for the update? Or how can I let Apple know about this problem?
