This is an odd update. It updates iOS 12.8.0.150, but does not change the version number. You need it to update the phone to iOS 12.

In activation screen check your imei and iccid whether they are showing or not then replyme ill help you further

If you are using iPhone 7 with bill of purchasing within 3 yr u can replace with new iPhone in apple showroom
