Hi all,
Updated to MacOS 10.14 last night. Come in this morning and now Apple related apps crash immediately, including System Preferences. This includes Safari, "News", Photos, System Preferences...

Solved (on my system). The Sentinel One agent is the cause and is not yet compatible with Mojave. Remove the Sentinel One agent (this is best done at the Sentinel One management dashboard) and then restart Mojave. All apps are now working fine.
I believe that SonicWall also OEM the Sentinel One agent so you may know this by another agent name.

Yep, SentinelOne is installed on these as well. They sent out an email to us after these Macs were already updated to 10.14, unfortunately. Targeting these systems for uninstallation isn't working from the management console, either.
Here is a workaround:
From the shell the app runs fine, it just does not run from the dock or finder. Open terminal and do this to run System Preferences as an example:

I tried a recovery install of Mojave and this did not fix the problem on my 2017 MBP. My other update is that the first third-party app, SpamSieve, which was upgraded today is also failing with the same error now.
I did upgrade an older 2016 MBP retina and this successfully completed and it does not have the same problem, but I see there are several more postings of users with the same issue today following their upgrades.
You are welcome - but the problem gets worse. I have updated two apps since Mojave was released, SpamSieve and BusyCal and both have the same issue so its possible that as you update apps they will also fail (fortunately the workaround does work for those as well though)
same problem with the same set of apps (there are a few others) and I think there is one other reporting the same in this community. nothing I have tried less a reinstall has resolved this yet. Currently upgrading another system to do a comparison of apps and certs etc.
Thanks melibokus, that's a helpful temporary work around until Apple finds a way to resolve this issue. I just updated a couple more iMacs (14,2) that are experiencing the same issue. I'm astounded this issue wasn't resolved in QA testing, but lo, I'm not an Apple engineer.
Same problems with 2 MBPs 2017 & 2018 both binding to domain.
Any workaround from Apple regarding those issues ?

I'm having the same problem on multiple Macs I'm testing the OS on. Immediately after launching any of those apps I get "(App Name) quit unexpectedly."
I have S1 installed also, i have the same issue.. However, i dont have any way to update my S1 agent (v2.6.2) installed. What version of S1 supports Mojave?
This works as a workaround for me. But I hope there will be a fix for this issue soon.
