Upgrade to Mojave restarts, still is High Sierra

On a late-2015 iMac with 32GM RAM and over 2TB free HD space, running High Sierra 10.13.6, I run "Install macOS Mojave.app", get the progress bar in its window, timing down from 14 minutes, near end computer restarts, but when I log in I still have High Sierra. Looks like nothing has changed!

What's wrong? How fix?

Although I have Intego NetBarrier and VirusBarrier installed, I disabled them before running the installer.

Problem solved: I trashed the downloaded installer app, downloaded it again, and ran the new copy. Everything went smoothly this time. It took roughly 90 minutes for the entire process after I started the installer.
