How to fix the error of red exclamation mark in iwatch ???

no method is working n i m fed up of this ir disappointing that Apple doesn’t hve any solution to this error 😔

Please see If you see a red "!" on your Apple Watch - Apple Support. If a forced restart doesn’t clear the problem, the watch needs service by Apple. Contact Apple Support
