Hi, I recently update my mac mini from High Sierra to Mojave.
When i have Light Mode everything is perfect, however in Dark Mode font smooth.
I recorded video, which is showing problem. As you can see in 10 sec of video font in hover is ok.
Current bug is more visible on light wallpaper.
I recommend to resize your browser for smaller window and set up video speed for 0.5

Are you wanting to know how to turn off Font Smoothing?
If so, go to System Preferences > General > and then uncheck "Use font smoothing when available"

You can't upload videos here.
Font smoothing in dark mode is not always appreciated. Disabling it can get things better. I did it.
