usb accessories disabled mojave

Since updating to Mojave this morning, my MBPr 15 (2017) has been throwing me a popup window that says usbs have been disabled because a device is using too much power. I've tried resetting the SMC, PRAM, disconnected the battery for 10 minutes. Nothing works.

Has anyone else had this problem since updating?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Mojave (10.14)

Reasking the question about "USB Accessories Disabled." My MacBook Air (13-in, 2017) has a message "USB Accessories Disabled. Unplug the accessory using too power to re-enable USB devices" yet there is nothing plugged in. I reset my SMC, but this doesn't fix it. I only have one working USB port, so switching doesn't help. I can use my Macbook, but the message is really annoying. Help! Thanks.

USB Accessories Disabled Unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB devices, I just boughyt MacAir few months back only Now my system is not getting charges & even it is not detecting Mouse as well, please advise.
