Refurbished iPhone minor scratches

I purchased a certified refurbished iPhone 7 off of Amazon, and it works perfectly. The only issue however is that there is a lot of minor scratching on the screen. The kind that you can only see under the right light when you angle the phone, but there is a fair few of them. Is this normal of a refurbished product, or should I try get a replacement?

Refurbished by whom? When Apple sells a refurbished phone in an Apple Store, it should look like new. From Amazon, one would wonder who refurbished it. Bottom line is if you're not happy with what you bought, return it to Amazon.

It was by a company called The I Outlet on Amazon. I assumed this was a trusted partner of Apple because the listing of the item said iPhone 7 and then had Apple underneath as the company, so I was guessing the product would come from them or a trusted retailer they work with. I've asked for a refund now. Where can I get official Apple refurbished iPhones? I've looked on the Apple site and the only thing they don't seem to have is iPhones.
