USB-C cable can use 1 direction charging only

My USB-C cable unable to use either direction for charging. If I reserve it, mbp will not charge.


My touch bar sometime become my hdd signal indicator.


My keyboard button (specially on the right side) are difficult to press. Sometime, even you pressing but no response at all.

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017), macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

Charging is one directional using USB-C. If you have a problem with yours then make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. If you did not purchase it from Apple then you will need to look to the vendor for service or How to find your nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) or Distributor (AAD).
