IOS 12 Call forwarding not remembering

Hi, since I upgraded my iPhone SE to IOS 12 it does not remember the number I forward to.

Normally when I'm working I forward calls from my personal number to my work phone, when I select call forwarding normally the number I last used is there & just select it. Since changing to IOS 12 I have to manually input the number each time. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug with IOS 12.

While on the subject is there any way to tell if a call you receive has been forwarded ?

Before my work changed to iphones I had an old (non smartphone) Samsung, if someone called my own phone & it was diverted to my work phone the Samsung would display it as a forwarded call, now I have no idea if it is a forwarded call or not, none of the carriers on any of the networks has changed only the handset.
