Control panel disappeared with IOS 12

Apologies if I'm not fully understanding your issue but...

You access Control Center on an iPad running iOS 12, you swipe down from the top-right edge of the screen.

On new iPhones, like all of the iPhone X variations, the control panel is accessed by swiping down from the right top of the screen in iOS 12.

iPhone STILL accesses control panel swiping UP from bottom with iOS12.

Only changed on iPad. Would be nice to tell people!!!

This Control Panel change matches how it has worked on the iPhone.
