Hey, I have an iPhone 6s, it was bought in Qatar and I’ve been using this phone for couple of years and I’m In Sri Lanka! The model number is ML7G2CH/A and the serial number is F4GQG96GGRY9

The issue is I couldn’t access FaceTime Audio calls in my phone, but there is a FaceTime app and there’s only FaceTime video call is available! Lots of time I’ve tried to configure the FaceTime audio calls, but it’s not working! Why, what’s the reason? Is there any other ways to configure the FaceTime audio calls? If it’s there, Please gimme a solution?
