Can someone suggest a free adblocker for safari. My old adblocker is no longer supported.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

Cannnot enable AdBlocker Ultimate in Safari under iPadOS 16.1 I am trying to enable AdBlocker Ultimate in Safari under iPadOS 16.1. The instructions say to [1] go to iPadOS Settings, then [2] select Safari, then [3] select Content Blockers, then [4] choose AdBlock Ultimate. The problem occurs at stage [3] because “Content Blockers” does not appear in the Settings. Does anyone have any idea what’s up here?

You now get Ublock from the App store; it works with Safari 12.

I really just need the name of an adblocker that works on Safari. I have used Ublock for ages and it is fantastic. It just no longer works for Safari. There must be something out there which I can use instead. I don't want to have to mess around with Website preferences. Just a simple fix..... please. I have never bought a single thing or taken any notice of pop ups/ads. They just take up space. I can browse happily on Chrome without any such interference and if necessary can forget about Safari but I would like to have the option of using Safari without ads.
