Freeze on my MBP 13" late 2013 if no GPU load

Have late 2013 MBP 13". Everything was fine, but...

After update from yosemite to high sierra - got freezes at the logon screen.

Safe boot - its ok, restart - and got the same freeze.

Nothing helps - resetting PRAM and so on. Have no external devices connected. Reinstall MacOS and OS X(factory default) - nothing helps.

But observe when and while i moving mouse on touch bar - no freeze appears.

I can login the system, and open chrome or safari, but if I stop moving mouse for a few seconds - i'll got freeze.

If i open youtube and start any movie - no moving mouse needed. But if i minimize browser - 1-2 second and... yep - got freeze.
