can't login to account with blank password
have a user account that has no password but can't login to mojave without a password. i have to enter text into the password field to attempt any kind of login, but this account has no password.
it was set to auto login but it wasn't working for some reason, logged in with an alternate account and couldn't edit the user account in users & groups. turned out it was logged in somehow (how I have no idea...) I could tell by the orange checkmark next to it, and then I was able to just select it and login without being prompted for a password.
did a reboot and was able to login after that.
