Facebook/Instagram issues on iOS 12

I downloaded the new iOS and now when I am using data, the photos on Instagram and Facebook won’t load. Everything else works, internet works, scrolling works. When it’s on wifi, everything is fine.

I have tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the apps, but it doesn’t fix it.

Any suggestions?? Thanks for your help
