Recover accidentally deleted Apple Music

I was attempting to delete music files off an an older MacBook Air since I have purchased a new MacBook Pro. It ended up deleting my entire music library and all Apple Music songs. The Apple Music associated to my account were removed from my new MacBook Pro and my iPhone. I then tried to recover my music files from backups, this would only recover purchased music. Is there any way to recover my music I had added to my library through my Apple Music subscription?

I also have an iPad that had the WiFi turned off and still contains all my Apple Music (all Music was downloaded onto the iPad). Can I recover my Apple Music from that iPad?

No, the damage is done, you cannot retrieve from the iPad. You cannot add Apple Music tracks into an iTunes library from local storage or backup. At best you can use the iPad to help you search for what you removed and add it back again.
