I have recorded a must piece (ruff) on my iPhone 7Plus into Voice Memo, edited it and I want to know how to get it into garage band to add effects.
iMac, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6), SSD Drive
solved this myself for my own purposes
tethered my phone to iTunes,
song was shown, imported it
dragged it to the desktop
opened GB and bypassed all the selections until I had a clean track place
dragged song from the desk top on to the work space and it was there
Not an Grammy but it works for me.
