Sirius on-line streaming not working with Safari

After two VERY frustrating on-line chats with Sirius technicians where I was asked to change all sorts of things, I was finally told that Sirius on-line streaming to computers using Safari (and Google Chrome) browsers won't get any audio. (Why couldn't they just have told me that upfront and saved me over an hour on-line?) You can log into the account but just no audio. iPhones don't appear to be affected because mine works. The tech assured me they're working the problem REAL hard. He also said that upgrading to Mojave won't solve the problem. This problem is active as of 1000 PM, 9/27.

Thank you for your suggestion. It solved my problem. (And I am running Safari 12). Both Sirius techs requested the same thing. However, what they DIDN'T request is to click on AUTO-PLAY in the left hand column before clicking on ALLOW AUTO-PLAY on the right side. When I did this, ALLOW ALL AUTO-PLAY was an option and voila! I have sound. Previously, I had an entry under PLUG-INS highlighted in the left hand column and AUTO-PLAY was not an option--just Yes, No, and Ask. Thanks again!
