Disk Utility Error 5342 - can I still restore my hard drive files?

Hi,

Anyone here who knows how to restore the files from hard drive after converting it into EXFAT?

Below is the "Operation failed" message I got. I'm using 10.13.6 version.

Hope someone can help me please! Thank you!!!

Hi, I have the same problem with a 128 gigabyte Nifty SD Driver for my Macbook Pro Retina Late 2012. It has always worked perfectly but from the latest Mojave upgrade it is impossible to write, my Nifty sd drive works only for reading; if I try to format it with Disk Utility, the operation is interrupted. My username is enabled in both reading and writing x the SD disk Nifty. I hope Apple will solve the problem with a new upgrade and be more careful in the future before making the upgrades public.
