How can I switch toolbar and dock color to dark on macOS Mojave?

Hello community.
I recently updated the OS on my MacBook Pro 2015 15'.
After a while I noticed that I'm not happy with the `Dark` mode (General => Appearance => Dark) and I would like to switch to my lovely `Light` mode.
After I did it - the toolbar(menu bar) color has been changed to the light color as well but I want to see dark color of toolbar and dock.

I didn't find any similar questions, so, I'll be waiting for your help.
