I have my watch set to mirror my iPhone for airplane mode and do not disturb.
When I turn on airplane mode on my phone, the watch mirrors it correctly.
But when I toggle airplane mode off on my phone, my watch doesn't mirror the change. It continues to stay in airplane mode. Why?

I've noticed the same thing. It will mirror when you are turning it on (whether from the iPhone or from the Watch), but you have to manually turn it off on both devices. It's annoying--would be nice to have both devices conform to the latest change in setting.
Something to submit to Apple, I guess...
