'No Limit' option under Mail Days to Sync

I'm running iOS 12 on my new iPhone XS. The 'No Limit' option under mail Days to Sync for my exchange email account has disappeared. The only options are 1 Day, 3 Days, 1 Week, 2 Weeks and 1 Month.

This is obviously limiting my ability to access emails older than 1 month. I can't find information regarding the loss of this feature - does anyone know what happened to it?

I am running iOS 12 on an iPhone X and the Mail Days to Sync on my Exchange account still contains No Limit. What troubleshooting have you tried? Do you have a profile on the phone from your Exchange administrator? Have you checked with them to see if they have managed any changes?
