I been having an issue when I plug my iPhone xs max to charge, sometimes it doesnt indicate that its charging. The charging indicator desont show up on the screen. Sometimess it pops up after a minute, but most of the time I need to unplug and plug it back in. Is this a known bug?. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

I’ve tried different cables. I even did a factory reset.
Just try to turn off and turn on the "Raise to Wake" option. Worked for me. 😉

I am having this charging and also powering down problems. The phone does not charge from sleep. I can't power of with power on/off button. Poor workmanship and £1100. What a joke
My wife and I are both having the AKA chargegate issue. Really hope it gets cleared up with a update ..
I’ve turned on the allow usb while locked on both mine and my wife’s , but still the same thing they will not charge unless there awake .
What warning box? The "device must be unlocked to use this accessory" box which is displayed?
Even without the setting it's trivial to unlock your device before plugging in the cable.
Has anyone tried wireless charging pads?
Wireless chargers work regardless of USB security settings or device sleep because they are not USB devices.

It's the same for me. Sometimes it works. Last night it didn't. I tried changing cables to no success. Then all of a sudden it works again $1580 for this?
