why can i no longer view my call logs in voicemail on my iphone?

Your recent calls are shown in "Recents". "Voicemail" shows your voicemails, not recent calls.

Hi,
since few hours ago I upgraded to 12.0.1 I have the same issue.
I have no option to set up a voicemail nor to transfer.
It just says:
"call voicemail"
It has all disappeared.
i called and had few tech people from t-mobile working on my case and they don't have anything wrong on their side.
they said it is the upgrade causing trouble.
As well the "wifi-calling" option disappeared from the phone menu.
Please help.
I am no longer seeing numbers in voicemail when a caller leaves a message. I now only have a button that calls my voicemail box. This just happened when I updated my iOS.
I already did: turn off and on wifi and cellular data; reset network; restore iphone; call voicemail and even changed the password;

The following fixed my issue;
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.
